So i went to the doctor about 3 days ago and she told me i had ear congestion she also told me my ears were fine no infections or anything but is it normal to hear popping or crackling when i yawn or swallow also when i chew its like a clicking sound no pain whatsoever i was just curious about it 😩 cause i literally panic for a-lot of things

Hi nickyyyy61, that clicking/popping sound could be coming from your temporal mandibular joint which is located just in front of the ear. Sometimes when the bite

is off this can happen. If it's not an ear issue then a dentist may be able to check

it out. x

I didn’t have it before only on my right ear i can hear it but it’s subtle and i think i might be getting sick cause my throat and watery nose and plus i feel like i have mucus when i swallow so idk if that could be the problem 😩cause I’ve actually haven’t had problems with my jaw :(((

You may very well be coming down with a cold or virus causing that clicking and popping in your right ear especially knowing that you have other symptoms. Give

your doctor a call and let her know what's going on now. I hope you feel better soon. x
