Dizziness
I increased my Zoloft to 150 about two weeks ago. The past couple days, I’ve had dizziness which is a new symptom for me (been on Zoloft for almost three months now) I’m also tapering off Ativan. Is the dizziness the meds or anxiety? Anyone else experience this?

New and need advice.
Hi. New here. I have anxiety, depression, and panic attacks - probably the same as most here. My question is what's the best meds to ask for when I see the Dr. And what do you do when in the middle of an anxiety attack? Thanks for any help I can get.

A Couple of Rough Days
Hi All. I'm 8 weeks in to Zoloft with an Ativan chaser (I know the dangers of benzos, they are mandatory for me right now). The meds have helped but the last couple of days have been rough. I've been consistently foggy headed and dizzy and that sets me off. Lots of negative thinking earlier - some

Hair Extensions
Has anyone absolutely hated the hair growth process and opted for extensions? I cry everyday because I hate the way I look. I know this sounds petty but I cant shake it. I do the best I can with the curly mess on my head and I try to straighten it but I cant seem to style this short hair. I realize

Panic attacks / anxiety and a-fib
Anxiety and a-fib seem to be `made for each other` - they go hand in hand IMO. Personally I have suffered from panic attacks for about 25 years - they started when I was in my 20`s. I still remember the first time it happened - it was very bad and had a real impact. Maybe it happens 1 or 2 times

Work and living with a lung condition
I have been diagnosed with Hypersensitivity Pneumonitis (with unknown cause). 90% of the time I feel normal but I get breathless walking up stairs or slight inclines. I'm only on a low dose of steroids at the moment as the hospital are still conducting tests. I work as a support worker for adults with

Here we go
Started on 125mg of Wellbutrin this morning and I added in buspar in the evening. I am hoping to reach a place of not feeling dread in my chest, to stop crying and be hopeful and optimistic again.

Switch from Celexa (citalopram- SSRI) to Pristiq (desvenlafaxine- SSNRI)
Over the course of the past week I have been taking a half dose of my usual Celexa and a half dose of Pristiq to gradually switch over from the old to the new med. I was really worried I was going to go through another difficult adjustment period like I did when I started the Celexa a few months ago.

Fear of being mentally ill or not ill enough?
Sometimes I think that the past 6 weeks since I lost my job have really driven me crazy. I’ve been experiencing serious anxiety, with occasional panic attacks. If I really have lost my mind, gone crazy, become mentally ill, I’m scared that I’ll never be able to have a normal life again. I’ll have to

Any helpful advice?
Good morning everyone. I have been writing on here a lot lately, but I have been going through so much, sometimes I don't know where else to turn. My depression has been getting pretty severe lately. I have actually been having panic attacks, every single day for a week. I am taking an antidepressant

Why doesn't anything work for me?
I've been dealing with this since I was 17. I'm 23 now. Overall the trend is that it's just getting worse. I have been on 15+ meds, in just about every type of therapy there is. I've been in an inpatient and outpatient mental hospital. Group therapy. Eating healthy. Going out. Working. Meditation. Ignoring

Had a pretty bad attack
Hi All, I just had a really bad panic attack it came out of the blue! I was in the restroom thinking to myself that finally today I was feeling better when all of the sudden the panic came. Came as a rush, no warning just a rush of something really bad happening and I needed to get out of the restroom

Stage Fright
Does anyone have any advice about overcoming stage fright? I'm pretty good at public speaking and performing, but I don't think I'm living it to my full potential because I get really queasy sometimes when I speak or perform in front of people and so am a bit more timid than I could be otherwise. Then
