Stage Fright

Does anyone have any advice about overcoming stage fright? I'm pretty good at public speaking and performing, but I don't think I'm living it to my full potential because I get really queasy sometimes when I speak or perform in front of people and so am a bit more timid than I could be otherwise. Then, I feel nauseous, and that just makes it worse because I become so worried that I'll start dry-heaving in front of everyone. Any ideas for coping with this?

Practice practice practice in front of a mirror, a friend or relative. They should be able to give you proper instructions for editing your delivery. The big question is what puts you in the mood.
