Over the course of the past week I have been taking a half dose of my usual Celexa and a half dose of Pristiq to gradually switch over from the old to the new med. I was really worried I was going to go through another difficult adjustment period like I did when I started the Celexa a few months ago. I didn’t have anywhere near the number and variety of uncomfortable side effects as I did with Celexa, but I have been having low energy during the day and wicked insomnia at night all week. Day 2 I felt like crying for no reason. Last night was my first full dose of the Pristiq and no Celexa.
Today I feel very groggy and unmotivated. I don’t feel depressed, sad, or anxious- I just have absolutely zero drive to do anything but climb into my bed and live there. :/

As long as it doesn't become a habit, why not just allow yourself to rest today? Think of how much anxiety you've run through that body. It probably could use a little rest! I've given myself permission to nap or sleep when I can as I recover.
I saw some of your newer posts. Did you stay with Pristiq? Did it help you? My psychiatrist wants me to try it based on the same type of Genesite report.
