Hydroxyzine pamoate & citalopram

What is your experience with hydroxyzine pamoate??

I'm on it n it seems to either slightly help with 1 pill but 2 pills I'm just blah n tired to the core.

What's your opinions or experience with citalopram??

This is day 2 of 20mg on citalopram to and I had a panic attack n I'm still struggling kinda. Day 1 I was great I went outside n did stuff I had energy. I was 2 weeks prior on 10mg of citalopram. This is just odd that I have a panic attack the 2nd day???

Any advice, I'd love to hear it. Thank you
