Feeling guilty for using pain meds.
I'm happy to go along with this if i have to (even though the timing is ridiculous when finally on the waiting list and the worst
pain
of my life) but its the constant guilt every time i use
pain
relief.

Nubeqa and pain medication
I'm starting Nubeqa and from what I read your not suppose to take
pain
meds like tylenol, aleve, ibebrofin, asprin etc. My question is ... has anyone taking Nubeqa used any
pain
meds for their
pain
, if so what kind and did it react with the Nubeqa.

Tapering
Consequently I decided to just try
pain
killers( tramadol to be precise, when I was tapering from 8.5 to 8 and got the sore neck, shoulders and thighs. To my delight the
pain
disappeared and I'm successfully down to 8mg every day.

Lower Back Pain
Hello, I have suffered from lower back
pain
for years on and off, having MRI Scans, physio sessions, taking
pain
killers. This year the
pain
never goes away. The MRI Scan shows dehydrated bulging discs at L4 & L5. I exercise and walk.

Do I have PMR?
By bedtime that night, my
pain
was gone. As the dose was reduced by 5 mg a day, my
pain
came back. I had some prednisone from several years ago, and I have been taking it until I can see my primary care doctor. It is keeping me almost
pain
free. .

Even to get some
pain
killers involved a great discussion…. Needless to say it took some time for me to be able to lay down with less than 3 pillows and the
pain
is subsiding all of the time. I have since googled this problem and found many have had it, I will place the best answer below.

I have acute
pain
with any movement and breathing. A strong painkiller helps. Is it normal for there to be no improvement after 4 days? If anyone has had such a procedure and could share their experience?

Pain Relief that isn’t opiate based. Help!
Has anyone found any other
pain
relief that works and doesn’t slow the bowel? I’ll try anything! At the moment it’s just paracetamol. Thanks, Bianca

Leg Pain pt 3
One minute just normal and next day
pain
in leg. The surgery physio just gave me exercises which made it worse. Now worried if they caused it to escalate. Anyone out there with this and how they manage would be helpful. Thank you all.

Dienogest withdrawal
As soon as I stopped taking them I got really bad endo
pain
, some bleeding but that stopped fairly quickly but the
pain
didn't. I tried contacting the endo nurse to see if that was normal but 3 weeks later still no reply.

is this also pudendal neuralgia?
a couple of months ago things changed however. the vulval
pain
no longer settled when i went to bed and instead of being eased by walking, it's now much worse after walking. the
pain
feels the same but it's behaving very differently after 20 years which has really taken me by surprise.

Don't know what to do?
The awful
pain
is everyday not just on my period so I feel like I've got period cramps all day every day. Some day I'm ok and
pain
free maybe 2 a week. I had a vaginal ultrasound and only showed a small fibroid it had reduced from the last ultrasound i had.

Endo & Pelvic Adhesions
The problem I have now is that the
pain
is so severe it is affecting my daily quality of life. I have just had an appointment with my GP who, once again, is referring me back to the hospital but I just feel like this is not being taken seriously.

IBS or something more?
I'm in
pain
with my lower back and stomach pains daily and have to take
pain
killers almost every day, however these don't seem to even touch the
pain
! One scan I had done privately showed I had a lot of edema on my lumbar spine, however the NHS have never picked up on this.
