vita health group physio? & Simponi question

Hi

I have ankylosing spondylitis and inject 100ml of Simponi every 4 weeks, I just had MOHs surgery for skin cancer on my nose. I got an infection so this messed up my injections, did my injection then injected again 3 weeks later as pain was horrific. I have knee problems and went to rheumatology for an urgent appt and they drained the knee and gave me a steroid injection straight into the knee. This has swollen up again but had an X-ray and this showed osteoarthritis so they won’t drain it again. I have several issues with my back and my rheumatologist referred me for physio and I received a letter saying because of waiting times i could gain quicker access by going to vita health group. My questions are has anyone used them and are they ok and anyone on Simponi gone to weekly injections as I’m finding 4 weekly too far apart and pain breaks through earlier and earlier. I actually feel like a junkie the amount of pain killers I take and I’m sure they are making me gain weight so would love to be able to stop them or not have to take them daily anyway. Hi I get back pain as a result of bad knees and shoulders etc. pain makes me tense up so I end up with really tight back. The best thing I did was go to a chiropractor. It is not cheap but I believe well worth it. I come out feeling so much looser. I also have back massages (sports) and yes it is not relaxing it certainly works. Finally the move I move, the better. Anytime I’m on the sofa for too long my back gets stiff. Hope that helps a little. Good luck D
