Nubeqa and pain medication

I'm starting Nubeqa and from what I read your not suppose to take pain meds like tylenol, aleve, ibebrofin, asprin etc. My question is ... has anyone taking Nubeqa used any pain meds for their pain, if so what kind and did it react with the Nubeqa. I ask alot of questions on here because I need to know. The more questions I ask the more I learn about treating prostate cancer and side affects. Thanks for all the help.

I'm on Nubeqa. I take extra strength Tylenol for a day or two after the nulasta shot following my chemo infusion. Not had any problem.

I’ve been on Nubeqa for about 15 months and I take Tylenol and Advil as needed with no problems. None of my doctors have ever mentioned any issues or interactions when we’ve talked through my current medications.

I’ve been taking the Nubeqa for about 6 months and take acetaminophen ( Tylenol) for pain. No side effects as far as I can tell. MO did mention he would prefer for me not to take ibuprofen.

My MO team confirmed no contraindications. I also take 5-15mg of meloxicam (prescription anti-inflammatory) periodically for osteoarthritis pain in a bad hip with no issues

I started Nubeqa at the same time as my first course of Docetaxol (chemo). The oncology nurse asked me not to take anything that would suppress fever, including OTC painkillers, because they wanted to know if I got an infection. With the low white blood counts, etc., an infection could be a big problem. However, this was due to the Docetaxol, I think, rather than the Nubeqa. Are you possibly looking at a source that is discussing the pairing of chemo with Nubeqa?

I took 1.5 ex strength tylenol for tooth pain, and added 600mg of Ibuprophen. The tooth pain got worse until all the teeth hurt, then subsided after an hour with no pain. After 60 minutes had dizziness and tingling in legs. More than usual drowsiness and fatigue after second dose of that day of darolutamide.
