Just one a day now. Feel as I could probably go without now.

but my problem now is still breathing,strange thing I can’t get over

How inconsistent it is 🤷🏽‍♂️

Can’t help thinking my guts plays a big part

Usually feel much better after a real good clear out, sorry

But there remains another problem keeping myself loose

Cutting down on pain killers more laxative yes it’s a pain

Not sure what questions I am asking.Just reflections I suppose if that makes sense

Still my blood oxygen very low don’t kneed a oxygen meter now ,just look at my blue

Fingers white hands, but it is proving hard work getting people interested 😱

On a better note I have applied for a blue badge again,got a good stairlift fitted

And having catteraks done in two weeks time 🤪🤪

I’m just one mystery when I go on tests I exel ,can’t believe how up and down I am

If I think about going to doctors I perk up ,but blood oxygen levels never do don’t kneed oxygen meter just look at my fingers blue 😱 , but walking around gets worse

Sometimes I think there just want me to collapse 🤷🏽‍♂️ sorry I’m ranting again.

If your painkillers are codeine they really cause constipation. I prefer tramadol which don’t with me. I use stool softeners to help my keep regular. Constipation really affects my diverticular disease and I fear it. I don’t get much help from my doctors these days. I use a humidifier in my room, just a cheap thing from Amazon that makes the air better and a fan blowing on me on hot stuffy nights. I often have a completely stuffed up nose.

I hope your cataract operation is a complete success. I have heard good things about real sight improvement. I hope you get your blue badge, stick at it and even appeal, it is an obstacle course. Good luck to you my friend. 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀

thanks ever so much Jane ,eye op went great macular eye allmost as good as tuther one 😂 still not herd from badge people 🥲 but this time I am really going to dig my toe’s inn 😤 next optstickal scan of me liver & Thorax with contrast,I’m not expecting too good of news this time🥶
