ADHD and pain medication
I am on Adderall but need a
pain
medication from my chronic
pain
that doesn't interact with Adderall or my narcolepsy. In other words, I don't want a
pain
medicine that is too sedating.

the patch still not helping on month 2
I’m suspected to have endometriosis and I’m trying the patch to see if it reduces the
pain
. Mum said she doesn’t think it will stop the daily
pain
and only help the period
pain
but if the
pain
is probably caused by endometriosis then shouldn’t it help the daily
pain
as well as the period
pain
?

Do I have PMR?
By bedtime that night, my
pain
was gone. As the dose was reduced by 5 mg a day, my
pain
came back. I had some prednisone from several years ago, and I have been taking it until I can see my primary care doctor. It is keeping me almost
pain
free. .

Nubeqa and pain medication
I'm starting Nubeqa and from what I read your not suppose to take
pain
meds like tylenol, aleve, ibebrofin, asprin etc. My question is ... has anyone taking Nubeqa used any
pain
meds for their
pain
, if so what kind and did it react with the Nubeqa.

Consultant won’t operate for pain.
My periods and
pain
have literally obliterated my life. I struggle to hold down a job as I’m often absent with debilitating
pain
, or need to take strong
pain
meds that leave me exhausted and ‘out of it.’

Leg Pain pt 3
One minute just normal and next day
pain
in leg. The surgery physio just gave me exercises which made it worse. Now worried if they caused it to escalate. Anyone out there with this and how they manage would be helpful. Thank you all.

Pneumonia and Pleurisy- pain
What I can't understand is the
pain
in the left side and yet it's my right lung affected by pneumonia? Maybe the
pain
is pleurisy. I feel so miserable, tired, weak and sore. The
pain
hurts if I breathe in deeply. It really is very sore.

I get period
pain
also that starts in my tummy and then goes all down both legs though sometimes does it more in my left leg and mum said that’s normal for periods

. I’ve been on the birth control patch for 2 months and it’s not yet helped with the

Advice for pelvic pain please!!
The antibiotics helped the
pain
in my back but not my pelvic
pain
. This got worse quite quickly and I ended up in A&E however again all my test results came back clear. At A&E the
pain
got so severe that I ended up fainting after being given oral morphine.

Need Relief
During these acute pancreatic episodes - the best way to describe the
pain
is to say that I was out of my mind. All I could think of was
pain
relief. It was so bad that I was screaming for hours and it took a dozen shots of dilaudid for the
pain
to be tolerable.

Pain and frustration 😟
I have no shoulder or arm
pain
and was beginning to feel like I’ve finally cracked the 5mg barrier(third time lucky). I’ve had PMR for 2years and 9 months. However, my legs feel in constant
pain
and I don’t feel that I can walk far.

coccyx pain
hello, I’m having issues with coccyx
pain
and am wondering whether it’s another exciting (😒) symptom of FA. I’m still ambulatory so not a wheelchair user but am having the problem when sitting on an upright chair- so I’m avoiding doing that as much as I can but it’s not always possible.

Post Op abdominal pain
However, each morning between 0300 and 0600hr, I wake up with a nagging
pain
in the lower abdomen just below and to the left of the stomach incision. The
pain
eases when I get out of bed and move about, or take a painkiller.

How to cope
I need to know why doctors are so afraid to prescribe effective
pain
medication to patients with no history of drug abuse when the patients
pain
is interfering with daily living needs such as bathing.
