I have lower back pain after a strenuous evening of indoor climbing. What pain killers can I take in addition to the steroids I’m on.

Many thanks

Paracetamol , co-codamol, codeine - provided they all suit you - not NSAIDs [ibuprofen] - but cold/hot therapy might be a good starter. .. and not too strenuous next time!
