Gynaecological / pelvic exam pain ?
I have a gynaecological exam coming up but I also have likely pudendal neuralgia and do have vulvodynia so I’m terrified that this is going to hurt terribly. Are there anyone who is willing to let me know if I should be as fearful of pain as I am? Should I take extra pain medication?

Comments please on Serrapeptase
I suffer with severe pain [ using morphine patches and tramadol]from adhesions due to multiple surgeries. A friend of a friend has suggested that serrapeptase supplements may help. I am loathe to try a new medication and I can't seem to find any proper information online as to why this would help. Any

Kenu foot surgery
I think everyone should know that our friend Kenu had quite major foot surgery last week. Let’s keep him in our thoughts and prayers. Many of us know how painful it is to have that surgery. Love to all, Kelly

Nervous wreck
don't know where to turn ,. I am worrying myself silly can't relax ,and as a result I am getting more migrain aura's. It's a vicious circle. The more migraines I get ,the more I worry. Would it be worth going private to see a nuero? Its going tobe over a year on NHS. The GP seems dismissive now

swapped
Had a gp phone appointment this morning, and I swapped one of my painkillers for a muscle relaxant. Hopefully that will be more beneficial.

They're strong enough I'd take a
pain
killer
if I could. My husband and I have promised ourselves we won't test until tomorrow (OTD is Monday), but I'm worried that this means it's all over.

Hi everyone, I am new to this group, and am hoping for some help and support from seasoned pelvic pain sufferers. I will give a bit of background of my medical history, and wonder if there is anyone who can relate with any aspects with confirmed diagnosis of IBD or Endometriosis who could give advice

Passing out from period pain
Hi, I am new to this group! I have always struggled with bad period pains and last year after many years of being told to 'grin and bear it' had keyhole surgery to investigate for endometriosis. I was told there was no evidence of it, although from previous internal camera investigations, I was told
