Vertigo and dizziness-Eply maneuver? What helps symptoms?
Does the Eply Manuever ever help your FND related Vertigo and Dizziness? My dizziness and balance issues are becoming more frequent. What can I do? Also has anyone had success with treating FND pain with hypnosis? Does your diet help your FND? Is so, what do you eat to keep from having increased symptoms

HELP - constant ringing/hissing in my ears after flight
Hi everyone I had 2-3 bad colds before I flew at Christmas and since I’ve been back I have had a constant ringing in my ears. Came on the day I landed and hasn’t left since. It’s been 5 weeks now. Saw two GPS and they said it’s fluid behind my eardrum. Saw and ENT specialist and he’s not sure what it

Tinnitus
After instilling olive oil in both ears for a week I was able to remove severely impacted earwax. I irrigated both ears with my WaterPik on LOW. My hearing on the right side was poor and getting worse. Now I hear perfectly on both sides AND no more tinnitus

Beautiful morning for a celebratory Parkrun
It was the 600th at Woodhouse Moor in Leeds, so luckily it wasn’t cancelled! Cold and crisp, a light dusting of snow but no ice. Pacers were cancelled to help people just go out and enjoy a gentle run, given the conditions. Coffee and cake after. And... bizarrely, I ran a PB! 2.5 mins quicker than my

Cochlear Implants and Tinnitus
Hi , I have put a post out before but I’m struggling big time with my Tinnitus and I have a Cochlear Implant. I would really like to hear from someone who has a Cochlear Implant , but is still battling with Tinnitus, just so I don’t feel so alone and perhaps can offer any ideas. Thank you. 😊. Jenny

Selected items from the NHS England long term plan Part 7
The long term plan wants to empower patients. One way of doing this to enable better digital integration. Note that the longtrem plan enables patients to add data that they chose to the record. Hopefully, this should end the uncertainty regarding private test results because patients can add information

Hi from a new member
Hi All I just found this forum and wanted to introduce myself. I have had tinnitus for 3-4 years just in my left ear. I have had medical tests and MRI scan and they can find no medical reason for this which I was told they thought there might be having it only in one ear. I also have no hearing loss

Otospongiosis/ otosclerosis: Just diagnosed and wanting to know more
Hi there - I have just learned that I have otospongiosis in my left ear. I am just about to turn 50. I’d love to hear from others who have lived with this about the course of the condition and anything that has helped. I am planning to get a hearing aid on the nhs and see how that works for me before

Tinnitus and Cochlear Implants
Hi , I know I have put this message out before , but I would really like to hear from anyone who has had a Cochlear Implant to help with their Tinnitus? I have an implant in my right ear, hoping it would help with the Tinnitus, it masks it a bit, but I can still hear the ringing especially by 6 o clock

Help Request Update
Hi all, Hoping all's going well... This is a a follow-up to a previous post which many of you were kind enough to reply to - now we're 6 months down the line from the initial diagnosis... My friend was diagnosed with AN last year and just had a second MRI to see if it was growing - apparently it isn't

Dosed with cold while on synarel....
This is probably a stupid question, but I am still taking Synarel nasal spray and I am now dosed with cold. I've still be able to take it ok and thankfully so far haven't sneezed straight after taking it or anything, but I feel really awful now and was wondering if it was ok to take lemsip? Or is this
