Week 1, Run 1. Feeling confident (ish).
Very happy today. After 6-8 months of working from home due to mental health issues which took me by surprise and became overwhelming, not getting much sleep, eating badly, and going to bed at silly o'clock, I decided it was the right time to do something about it and start a new regime! Set my alarm

Does being Hypo give you tinnitus?
One of my random symptoms, along with fibromyalgia, gastro issues, eyebrows falling out, and depression, has been developing tinnitus. As these all came at the same time, (after massive hospital steroid treatment), just wondered. Can you imagine how my GP reacts when I tell him I think these things are

Are there certain types of Tinnitus that are curable?
Ive had tinnitus in my left ear for a year of so, it flairs up and down (but I have never been able to identify what the trigger is). I have had a brain scan and nothing significant to report from that. But the only thing about me is I am able to change the volume and pitch of the noise when I apply

Ever have trouble yawning?
Do any of you have trouble completing a yawn? Since my seemingly inexplicable breathing problems began, completing yawns has become more and more of a problem for me. I now can't yawn at all when lying flat, or when I'm moving. I have to stand still and upright too. I have found that raising my hands

Sudafed
Hi all. I’ve recently quit smoking and my sinuses are a bit inflamed. As is also my chest - last week taking my preventive inhaler physical hurt. I’ve popped to the pharmacy and they recommended Sudafed - he asked if I had taking it before & I said I had, but thinking about it now I’m not sure if that

New diagnosis of acoustic Neuroma
Hello everyone, this is my first post since being diagnosed with a 13mm acoustic Neuroma. I was diagnosed last week and still trying to come to terms with this. Hello everyone! I have been having these (predominantly) sensory symptoms for the past 7 years and I have times where my symptoms don’t progress, like remission periods. Then, as of the middle of December I have been experiencing new symptoms like daily, almost constant brain fog, feels like my vision
