Synarel spray after embryo transfer

Hi everyone, i have a question regarding synarel nasal spray. I used this med before and after my embryo transfer then i need to stop it 14 days after my embryo transfer if i get positive pregnancy test. I wonder why my doctor prescribed synarel instead of progesterone after embryo transfer? Thank you

Hi Jicont, do you remember the dosage (number of sniffs per nosdrile per day)) during the preparation for a FET ? The doctor prescribed me 3 sniffs a day (alterning nosdrils) for the first 8 days of the treatment and then continue with 2 sniffs per day until day of transfer. I wonder if 3 sniffs is too much and my endometrium does not grow that much because of the synarel.
