Orthostatic hypotension
Can't really find a specific community here on HU , so I thought I would ask here since the falls cause painful injuries. Anyone have this and is there anything that can be done about it?

How do you know if your Orthostatic hypotension is caused by the heart attack drugs you're on or by 'something else'?
When I was in hospital recently after an acute angina episode and they did a sitting/standing BP test. Anyone struggling with low Blood pressure (orthostatic hypotension) and using droxidopa? How to manage? Thx!
my hwp has very erratic BP readings. Doctors switched from midodrine to droxidopa (northera) 3 weeks ago to see if can regulate. But his dose of stalevo every 4 hours brings BP down! Droxidopa brings it up but never stable! Now on 200 mg in am and 100mg 2 more times if needed. Any suggestions as to

Is it possible?
Hi, my daughter has recently been diagnosed with

hypotension
and mixed vasovagal syncope type 1. I’m trying to find out if it’s possible to have pots as well as what she has been diagnosed with as she has many other symptoms of pots that don’t seem to be caused by the others.

I Have Been Tempted to Write About How Great My Protocols Are For Awhile :(
This improvement may just be due to my retiring and reducing stress. 2: A lot of my PD like symptoms have been gone for a long, long time: A:
Orthostatic
Hypotension

vimpat / lacosamide stopped fully working
the Vimpat stopped working to completely resolve my RLS. Recent MRIs showed multiple Tarlov cysts on my spine, which is possibly causing the left leg pain and movement. It is positional and separate from the RLS in both legs in my arms and body. I see a new neurosurgeon next week. I’ve had multiple

Good News!!!
My dr. approved the buprenorphine for me. I am thinking positive that it will work. She is giving me the patch. I am excited. I have to discontinue the horizant though which surprised me and of course discontinue the oxycodone. Hopefully now you won't have to listen to me complaining and I will

Interesting update for those in the UK whose GP practice has Buprenorphine red listed
Finally, after months of hitting my head against a brick wall with my GP practice, where Buprenorphine is firmly red-listed (and the partners flatly refuse to change their stance, even after being presented with all the research we know about on this site), I have been able to obtain an NHS prescription

oxycodone and buprenorphine experiment
as you all may know, I thought buprenorphine was causing some pain issues so I quit taking it and went back to 5 mg of oxycodone three times a day. I gave it a solid month to be sure. this was a terrible terrible mistake. it appears the buprenorphine has changed my body. The oxy was not only mostly

Calcium Citrate questions
I’ve been taking Calcium Carbonate on and off for over 5 years but my stomach really doesn’t like it. It makes me gassy and and causes me to have stomach ache. I have read that Calcium Citrate is more gentle on the stomach so I am trying to find what the equivalent calcium citrate is to calcium carbonate

Exercise and Blood pressure meds
I am 51 y/o and was diagnosed with v.high BP in Jan 2024 of 210/130. This stayed high (>198/120) even after a few days and immediately the GP put me on 10mg Amlodipine which reduced my average BP over 3 weeks to approx 155/95. I was then also given 2.5mg Ramipril too (after bloods were fine) and this
