B1 therapy for orthostatic hypotension

I was not aware that B1 could help orthostatic hypotension (OH).

I was aware that B12 deficiency could cause OH and that B12 is generally low in PwP and that correcting a B12 deficit could improve OH.

Do you have a link discussing B1 use for OH?
