Does anyone else find that NO medications work?
However, I would have expected buprenorphine or
Oramorph
to work - which they don't. I also have little relief from most antidepressants - doing better on the older tricyclic medications.

Just too much pain :(
I have the doctors on Monday and wanted to know if anyone has been successful in getting Morphine or
oramorph
. I'm just so desperate for some relief. None of the patches worked on me as I became allergic to them. Any replies would be great. Best wishes painful Lucy.

Hospital Farce
After two hours they gave me some
oramorph
. This did absolutely nothing to ease the pain, cannot describe how bad it was. After another two hours, doc examined me and diagnosed kidney stone and immediately gave me IV Morphine, it was wonderful!!!!, pain eased within two minutes.

Yet another new tablet
I also take MST,
Oramorph
, 3 blood pressure tablets, escitalopram ,quetiapine ,lorazepam and vitamin D and some Folic acid. I take so many different tablets I am worried one of them will make me worse. I have only just been told I have fibromyalgia .

Why do I have to be weighed ?
I phoned my GP this morning to ask for a repeat prescription for all my meds :- Sertralin, levothyroxine temazepam, orlistat, fentanyl,
oramorph
. Only to be told by a snotty receptionist that I could not have it until I had been weighed.

I have already taken my meds for this eve, so the only thing left is to take some
Oramorph
in a little while, but it is so unpleasant and very painful . Sorry for the whinge, everyone, I don't normally like to bore you senseless, but this pretty severe, even for me, Apologies, Foggy x

Advice needed please
Although my IBS has been getting steadily worse for 5 years now (can't drive, can barely leave the house, on
Oramorph
for the pain) the last few weeks since I was hospitalised with Norovirus my pain has worsened significantly, especially after a hot meal.

Vitamin D and Folic acid deficiency
I have pain in lots of places and take both
Oramorph
and MST so that I am not in tears all day long. In the morning I can't get out of bed until after I have taken pain killers and they are working.

They've put me on steroids (6x a day to be increased if they don't help) and morphine (liquid
oramorph
40ml a day to be increased if not helpful) I was just wondering if anyone knew what to expect or if they had any past stories they would mind sharing. Ps- someone's finally listening..
