FISH
I love fish. It's the only meat I eat. I am no fish expert but a friend of a friend up here in Scotland is. Apparently, eating oily fish such as salmon, mackerel, tuna and trout can decrease inflammation. He said people with Inflammatory arthritis should try to eat oily fish at least twice per week.

Up until now I had been taking enough supplements to make me rattle: dhea, ubiquinol, baby aspirin, vit D, vit E, omega 3, pregnacare

Things that helped T4/NDT therapy.
I thought we can share some things that made a difference for us energy wise or in hypo well being, either in good or bad ways. Things that have helped my energy, and made me feel that thyroxine was working better: Selenium (100 mcg/day). People in Europe/New Zealand are deficient in it, USA is

Cholesterol - The Good, the Bad and the Ugly - a medical Furphy blindsiding unsuspecting patients
I would like to state that there is NO SUCH THING as Bad or Good Cholesterol, we are being brainwashed by manipulators. The reality is: there is HDL (which comes from our diet) and LDL which is made by our liver. Both are essential for our health. Problems arise when HDL is low and can't manage to 'ball

Omega 3 result interpretation
Hi all can anyone interpret this result for me? Medichecks website says the result should be a ratio, and a google search shows either a ratio or a percentage, but this is just a number with no units specified!

Fish Oil - Little Benefit
There was a news item on the BBC (I cannot post link on my dumb phone) that said researchers had found there was no real evidence that fish oil was beneficial to the heart. Indeed it was taken off prescription years ago. There does, however, seem to be benefits to general health from Omega 3 if not specifically

Bacopa Monnieri
Hi, I have recently been recommended Bacopa Monnieri by a nutritional therapist I'm seeing privately. She recommended this supplement for memory problems and general brain health. I was wondering if anyone has tried it or has any advice. I took one a day, as recommended in the morning after breakfast

AMH increase after taking supplements for 6 weeks.
So after being diagnosed with a very low AMH level for my age (4.5 pmol - I'm 29) I did some research and have been taking dhea, unbiquinol, pregnacare plus extra vit d, vit e&c and omega 3 and got my level retested and it has risen to 7.1 pmol in just 6 weeks. Starting to feel a little more positive

Having ear infections / Illness every month & I'm on the firing line because of it...what to do?
I am hard of hearing and wear hearing aids in both ears. I used to have a few grommits placed in my ears when I was a child and had a few years without them. I then had them put back in again for 2 years befor taking them out and having a T-Bar grommit in my left ear around 4 years ago now. Due to this

No oils, NO OILS
The famous cry by Dr Caldwell Esseltyn is "No Oils, NO OILS." I thought I might do a brief posting on why this is so important, what it actually means etc. What he actually means is not "no oils" per se, because that is patently impossible. All plant foods contain oils naturally. So just by consuming
