I thought we can share some things that made a difference for us energy wise or in hypo well being, either in good or bad ways.
Things that have helped my energy, and made me feel that thyroxine was working better:
Selenium (100 mcg/day). People in Europe/New Zealand are deficient in it, USA is fine. Research is available on google for that subject.
Vitamin D / Sun exposure. I can feel a modest difference when I supplement it, or expose myself for an hour to the sun.
Omega 3
Sufficient carbs. Anything above > 200 g carbs is enough. There's research that shows T4 -> T3 conversion needs adequate carbs to happen. Low carb diets made me feel like shit, when tried.
Any things that have helped in your own experience?

After trying all sorts of suppliments, etc, I found the only thing that helped after a long day was a glass of wine. I know this sounds trite, but it works for me!
