Anyone have any thoughts on being on Prednisone for life, as a second immunosuppressant medication?
I have joined as a concern spouse. My fiancé had a transplant in 2019, he has been taking his medication diligently, however, for the past 8 - 9 months he has been experiencing diarrhea, to a point where he has lost 30 lbs and continues to lose weight. Can anyone speak on the medication of Prednisone

Hello everyone, I trust this post of mine finds you well. I wanted to ask you, how do you deal with all these things we have to swallow? More than once I found myself choking on a huge omega 3 capsule or a polyvitamin one. Maybe even a Mg capsule. And what about the constant need to drink, I don't even

Do any supplements work?
Do any supplements work? I've read through many, many posts on this site claiming that particular supplements, or combinations of supplements, slow or stop or reverse the progression of Parkinson's Disease. Off the top of my head, I've seen posts on the following: - Vitamin B1 - CoQ 10 - Ceylon

FET supliments??
So after a hellish week of waiting for a phone call, I was advised today that I have 2 frozen embryos! Feel like I can relax and breath again! Not having my FET for a few months. GREEN FLAXSEED BREAD
(Makes a 900g loaf – 10-12 slices) Flaxseed gives this loaf a delicious, nutty flavour. Not only that, it is also rich in omega 3 and fibre, which your biome and your bowels will enjoy. 80g ground almonds 200g ground flaxseed 50g chia seeds 50g pumpkin seeds 4 eggs 200g fresh (or defrosted frozen

Ashermans, thin lining, low ovarian reserve, poor responder.. trying ivf one last time with donor sperm for possible surrogacy if lucky
After many years of having a Mirena coil for heavy periods, my then partner and I decided to start to try for a baby. I thought it was strange that when I had the coil out my periods remained just as light as when I had it in. I decided to do some hormone tests, and discovered I had a high prolactin

Symptoms but no diagnosis. Frustrating. I've tried everything and would appreciate any kind of advice. Please note this is a very long post.
I started to feel discomfort on the right side below my ribs about a year and a half ago. It wasn't pain as such but more of a discomfort that one should not feel daily. I was drinking heavily at the time; beer, whiskey, tequila. This discomfort has now become chronic that would last for a few hours

Higher levels of omega 3 increase longevity according to an 11 year study.
Hi everyone, Unfortunately busy life styles and multi tasking has taken its toll on the diets of many as convenience and fast foods are consumed at the detriment to our overall health. As sadly lots of fast foods are high in calories yet low in nutrients so we have to realise that food is our fuel it's
