The one on the left looks higher in everything

But one is capsules and the other is a liquid measure?

Yes sorry, I should have said per unit of measure. So 10ml of the liquid gives you more then one capsule does.

HiSnazzyD is correct. The left one has much more EPA and DHA than the right per serving. Difference is that the EPA & DHA is far higher in the liquid. This is generally the case in comparing liquid to capsule content. In fact the levels in the capsule are rather low so not worth taking if you're after good levels of EPA/DHA as you would need to take a lot more capsules than just the one to get same levels as liquid provide per 10ml.

Hope that makes sense 😁

Just a thought. They both have added Vitamins and if you are taking them separately you might want to check you are not taking too much of those.
