Hi Everyone, I found this site looking for answers as I've been dealing w/ insomnia for almost 3 months now. When if first started happening, I could fall asleep, but I'd wake around 3-4 AM, then I couldn't go back to sleep. Afterwards, I couldn't fall asleep, taking up to 5 + hours to fall asleep.

Dexa scan results while on prednisone and using the COMB micronutrient protocol.
After being diagnosed with osteoporosis 2 years ago I had tried Alendronate and couldn't tolerate it; Tried Forteo for a couple of months but ended up in ER with shortness of breath. With my rheumatologist and internist approval I followed the Micronutrient protocol for 1 1/2 years - while taking prednisone

Hello. Well where to start! I am 40, have had horrific periods (like from a horror film) for most of my life. 1 of the ongoing disputes here is whether not a PWP be can recover most or all of their health. Note the bottom paragraph which he attributes to his nutraceutical regime/stack. Hi Marc, Sorry for the late reply but things have been crazy (for all of us) and I have not been on this site in a while

Zoledronic Acid ~Infusion
Just attended my yearly rheumatology appointment and saw an SHO rather than consultant (it sounds as if they are busy closing down face to face appointments for the time being and relying on telephone conversations, I think i was one of the last) The main thing was that following the Dexa scan report

Tyrosine
Has anyone taken tyrosine and had any positive outcomes? I already take magnesium Iron and B12. I have recently added Omega 3 but when looking into Pramipexole and dopamine I came across Tyrosine. It seems you can literally buy a supplement for anything these days but wondering if its worth looking

5 months ago I had unprotected sex with a man I met on Reddit, three weeks later I started distributing flu like symptoms; afraid I have HIV
I 18F started showing signs of HIV 3 weeks after I stupidly had sex with a complete stranger who told me he was clean but I am now 90% sure was HIV positive, me being the dumbass that I am didn't see the red flags until it all set and done; I researched all of the symptoms two days after the encounter

Looking for Advice
I have been diagnosed with POS, Underactive Thyroid and I'm being investigated for Endometriosis. I've came off of my medication (Cerelle) as I'm trying to conceive but I've went straight back to having a never-ending period (heading into month 2 of bleeding). The only things that's been able to stop

Anybody on Zometa injection/ Zoledronic acid?
Hello everyone, I had a bone scan last week and it revealed osteopenia 😱😨🤯 I’m not surprised as I feel it. My poor bones have deteriorated since I started on Anastrazole and now I’m on Exemastene. I’m 42 so I have to be on hormone therapy for 10 years and I don’t know if my bones will hold up. What

Blood results . Advice please
Hi. I did a Medichecks thyroid test earlier this year which showed raised Thyroglobulin Antibodies and a TSH >2.5. I am trying to conceive so I consulted an endocrinologist and was prescribed levothyroxine. I started on 25micrograms and increased after after one month as TSH was still >2.5. I tested

Help with blood test results
I have been Hypothyroid (Hashi) for 12 years and treated privately on 150 mag T4 only. Been feeling tired and lethargic. Looks like my antibodies have randomly spiked after being low for several years (obvs were high when I was first diagnosed). I have been prescribed T3 as a trial but have not yet
