Hi Recipes. I have not taken the vaccine for covid. I would suggest you consult with your Doc before you do. Sorry for not being more helpful.

If you will tell me what you know. I did ask my Dr. first and he said that I should take the vaccine. I have taken both shots and I have done ok so far. I do think I have more problems needing to take a nap during the day.

I am unable to get the vaccine due to an unrelated illness. That said, my wife is a healthcare worker and she got the shot. The second one had a much stronger reaction than the first for her. My children are both your adults with strong immune systems. I'm not encouraging them to get the vaccine although the decision is theirs. I simply don't know enough about the vaccine to encourage young healthy people to take it. They both get their flu shots regularly but my reasoning is the flu shot has been around for much longer than the COVID vaccine. Time will tell. Good luck to you and for what it's worth, I think getting the vaccine was a good idea. Take care.

Absolutely...take it..I did..it's even especially recommended for folks with liver issues..No problems at all..got chills a few hours later but that could just be ftom watching TV and doing nothing. Can't wait for 2nd shot and not having to be so worried. Get that shot💜☘

I got my 2nd Moderna shot Thursday a week ago. Sore arm for 1st but 2nd kicked my butt for a day and a half. Head ache, major fatigue and some nausea. Just layed around for a day or so. My wife got hardly any reactions at all. With the PBC and other autoimmune issues I probably have an over active immune system. Feel great now. Definitely take it!

I received both Pfizer vaccines. No problems at all. Just a sore arm for about 2 days.
