I 18F started showing signs of HIV 3 weeks after I stupidly had sex with a complete stranger who told me he was clean but I am now 90% sure was HIV positive, me being the dumbass that I am didn't see the red flags until it all set and done; I researched all of the symptoms two days after the encounter and all of them suddenly started coming 3 weeks later starting with the flu like symptoms that lasted for at least 2 months, I believe I'm in the asymptomatic stage and haven't been really experiencing other than a swollen gland on one side of my neck I am also suffering with what appears to be hairy leukemia, I suffer from major depression and this fear of the unknown is literally killing me, I have abandoned my basic hygiene and don't do anything other than eat, sleep and use the bathroom; my symptoms in a span of 5 months has been all the symptoms associated with acute HIV infection.

Hi... the initial symptoms of hiv are very similar to flu and covid... first of all, get a covid test...if that's negative, then it only leaves the other two. Worrying won't help, nor will neglecting yourself... get in touch with local clinic to get tested.
just go get tested???... asap
I agree with saj01 & jlyman Get tested. Ignoring this won’t make it go away. Best wishes.
Ok only 4/10 people have seroconversion symptoms with HIV that last about 6 weeks. Not sure how you can be "90% sure " the person has HIV. OHL is a sign of advanced HIV that only occurs with low CD4 counts, usually occurs after years. It is highly unlikely you have this. People vastly over estimate usually their risk of acquiring HIV. Not sure what country you are in. Also you haven't stated if it was with a condom or without. In your age group chlamydia is the commonest infection affecting 1/10 people.. If you are in the UK you may be able to order a free home testing kit depending on where you live, or go to a clinic . Bottom line as the other posters say - do a test.
Please.....what you need to now is go for test . Get tested because you are living in fear. It is likely not what you're thinking
Best luck
