Looking for Advice

I have been diagnosed with POS, Underactive Thyroid and I'm being investigated for Endometriosis. I've came off of my medication (Cerelle) as I'm trying to conceive but I've went straight back to having a never-ending period (heading into month 2 of bleeding). The only things that's been able to stop my period in the past has been contraceptive pills which I obviously don't want to take. I've also tried Tranexamic Acid tablets which did not help. Feeling a bit miserable and useless with it all. I knew it would be trickier for me to concieve but I feel like I'm not even getting the chance to try.
