After seeing everyone around me get pregnant in the last 7 years of ttc. We’ve decided that this will be my last ICSI round (7th cycle). I’m grieving and hoping that this might be the one. I mentioned in my last post consultation that I have a barely there 7mm endometrium on the day of fresh transfer. I have been prescribed estrigen tablets to help with that.
Has anyone been given estrogen tablets before a fresh transfer to help with their lining?
Xx

Sorry as can't answer about estrogen but I did understand that from Rebecca Fetts book that arginine was supposed to help with lining. But you only take it when you are at the development lining stage before egg insertion ie for a week. Maybe worth looking into as well? Xx
Sorry as replied too quickly so have edited my answer: L-arginine is just for embryo transfer where there has "been some evidence that vit E and L-arginine are helpful" (2019) and she does also mention estrogen. Hopefully there's more evidence for everything now xx
