OTD tomorrow
Not sure if the
oestrogen
tablets and Crinone pessaries are just keeping my period at bay. Anyone else due to test tomorrow too?

Thinning hair - supplements??
Are there any other vitamins supplements or products that would help my hair grow, thicken, shine a bit, which are safe to take with
oestrogen
progestorne positive cancer? My hair is now brittle and so dry,and also thinning on top. Last chemo was Nov 2017. Thank you!

Are estrogen patches safe?
I would like to try it estrogen patches for a period of 3 months and see how my psa does. I have a few questions please on this subject : 1) is it safe? 2) does it give a false reading in terms of slowing the psa but the cancer itself is growing? 3) why Medical Oncologists DONT like to prescribe it?

Soy isoflavones and thyroid disease (Hashimoto's)
For the past six months, I've been suffering from low mood and mood swings that I put down to menopause (I'm 50). I was put on estrogel and Utrogestan and felt somewhat better but not optimal. A friend of mine who did not get 100% improvement with HRT tried Menopause support by A. Vogel and it has worked

Hormones - update
A few weeks ago I started a pill called Gederal which has the lowest amount of
oestrogen
possible in a combined pill. I managed to take it for about two weeks but in the end I had stop it due to awful tummy problems.

Successful taper and hormones.
I am now on 3.25/2.5 every second day, so pleased that this low dose works for me. I have had pain in a hip and a shoulder since april and extra heartbeats since start of september. Low energy and quite a lot of anxiety in addition to that. I have had my cortisole measured and that was good, all other

Cerazette for Endometrioma?
I’m assuming it does as it doesn’t contain
oestrogen
which is what the cyst needs in order to grow? I’m very fortunate in that I don’t have any painful symptoms so I’m just interested to know if this pill will actually help my cyst. Thank you! Misha xx

What exactly IS Normal???? I have NO idea!!!
*Sighs* No such thing as "NORMAL" for me... I was born without a thyroid gland, which was discovered when I was 4 months old.. This occured because when my mother was pregnant with me, they were giving her thyroid supplements... the consensus was that She over compensated and I didn't develop a Thyroid

Endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) & Diabetes.

Estrogel and fat thighs!
Hi Guys, just wanted to know if anybody else has the same problem with Estrogel. I went on it about 4 years ago and noticed a gradual weight gain in my thighs, bum and stomach, then about 5 months ago I noticed lumpy fat deposits on my thighs (which look awful), I couldn't understand why this was happening

Help with stopping T3 and new results
However, I am currently on 100mg
oestrogen
patches, which I have been told will push my cortisol level up, so I'm concerned it won't be an accurate reading. I did raise this with the endo who told me 'not to worry about it'.

Changing from the combined pill to POP
She advised this as there is a history of breast cancer in the family and so thinks I shouldn’t have a pill with
oestrogen
in. I’m a little apprehensive about doing this, can anyone share their experience if they have done this? I’m worried about my mood.

Elevated Oestradiol
I’ve been suffering from frequent heavy periods and constant spotting for over a year. Around a year ago I had some blood tests and a pelvic scan - pelvic scan clear but my bloods showed my oestradiol to be elevated at 600 ( top of range 400). My problem has continued, I’m covered in acne and irritable

Medical Oncologist in Southern New England
In an unrelated post recently, I learned of my aPC ignorance or naivety in not having a Medical Oncologist oversee my treatment. I’m post ERT and completed my original 18mo ADT and am currently being monitored by both my Uro and RO. I don’t see surgery or radiation in my foreseeable future prompting
