Does anyone have any info on endometriosis and peri menopause/menopause?

I am currently peri menopausal and I’m experiencing symptoms in relation to the lowering of oestrogen. I have not had a period for a year, I’ve had dry eyes, hair loss, forgetfulness, mind fog, emotional and low mood. My GP recommend St Johns Wort and isoflavon herbal supplements, which I’ve been on since July. But now all of a sudden I’m having monthly periods and I’m in pain. I’m now concerned this has affected my endometriosis and the last time I had a scan I had a endometrioma. Can anyone relate? Or offer advice. I have sent an email today to the clinic to arrange an appointment to look at options and possibly scan.
