Transdermal E2 Gel
Many of you are still questioning my use of tE2 gel? The gel and the E2 Patch are basically an old therapy which was taken off the market in 1985 due to an increase in cardiovascular issues and replaced with the extremely profitable and 'QOL reducing' jabs called Lupron or Zolodex. Prior to that time

Confusion
Due to discomfort, burning and a feeling that something was wrong, I was examined at my doctor's surgery and diagnosed with a vaginal prolapse requiring surgery. The waiting list is long. I went to a private clinic, hoping to get the surgery and get back to work. However, she examined me and said that

The possible beneficial effect for the treatment of peripheral neuropathy of two neuroactive steroids, progesterone and pregnenolone
I was researching pregnenolone on the internet and came across this article. It may be of interest to anyone struggling with neuropathy. Pregnenolone is formed from cholesterol and is the precursor substance for numerous important endogenous hormones. Among others, progesterone, cortisol, and aldosterone

Post menopause mast cell reactions and is there light at the end of the tunnel?
I wondered if mast cell reactions would reduce at some point post menopause and if anyone else found a way to control estrogen dominance to reduce the mast cell reactions? What tests, if any, can I ask my GP to do?

It's me again!!!
I had the Dutch cortisol test done. Results were a worry. Basically my HPA-AXIS needs support due to high levels of nightime free cortisol and cortisone. My DHEA-S is low in range too. Spoke to my doctor who wasn't bloody interested as usual so resorted to Google. From your previous recommendations

Anyone tried ThyroLux supplements for Hashimotos or can recommend a different thyroid medication/ supplement
Iam looking at trying ThyroLux it seems to get good reviews but not sure if women are taking it for a supplement or whether it will actually be able to be used long term as a supplement to help control Hashimotos and keep TSH under control? It does have iodine in it so bit wary as I have felt more hypo

It's me again! Cortisol and estrogen knowledge?
Sorry it's me again. I've had a cortisol test done by Regenerus after lengthy posts regarding my thyroid. I wanted to find a possible answer to high anxiety as in previous chats. If there is anyone here who can look at my test results I would be grateful. I know you're not doctors but I'm wandering if

FET cancelled due to thin lining and delayed bleed
I stopped taking the Progynova (
oestrogen
) on day 21 and was told I would get my bleed and we would try again on a higher dosage & patches. My bleed is normally very regular 25 days, however I have still not had a bleed…now day 33 … has anyone else had this delay in bleed after this medication?
