PMR AND ANASTROZOLE
I had an operation for breast cancer (Mastectomy with reconstruction) in mid December. Thankfully I don’t need any more treatment other than anti oestrogen tablets. I have been told by my surgeon that Anastrozole can give the same side effects as PMR so has delayed the start of these tablets as I was

Advice please!
Hi all, I’m new here, but I’ll try to be as brief as possible! I’ve been treated for Hypothyroidism since 2004 ( diagnosed by the late, great Dr Gordon Skinner by my symptoms and not the biochemistry thankfully) All well for past 19 or so years, on T4 125ug and then T3 4 x 20ug added gradually 12

It's back after 7 years!
Hi ladies, not been following these groups for a while as had total hysterectomy in 2016 removing uterus and ovaries after many years of pain with stage 4 endo on womb, bowel and pouch of douglas. Went on HRT and have gradually got better since -until about 18 months ago. The symptoms I used to suffer

dominant follicle - on baseline - experiences?
Anyone had any experiences with a dominant or enlarged follicle seen at baseline? I’m a bit gutted as there seems to be one large follicle on my right and 5 on the left. This is my worst count yet. We have gone ahead with medication but feel worried. Last treatment cycle I had one which was dominant

FET- advice sought!
Hello all ❤️ Sadly, this is far from my first ivf experience, but I am about to embark on what will be my first FET. None of my embryos were ever good enough to freeze on the 5th/6th day according to my UK clinic so always had The fresh transfer and that was that. However, moved to a clinic in Cyprus

The ever elusive implantation bleeding?? 👻😳🤔💭
Hi folks, looking for some advice please. Currently 5dp5dt and it was a FET. I’m on oestrogen patches and pills (4 a day), as well as 3 x progesterone pessaries a day, and prednisolone… so very well medicated! Well yesterday evening I had the faintest of light pink discharge and now this morning

Need recommendations for herbal supplements.
I'm 67 and have had anxiety since menopause. I don't do hrt and haven't taken natural supplements. My anxiety comes and goes and is exacerbated by histamine in pollen season and possibly low oestrogen ongoing. Endo results - meno or thyroid?
55 year old hypo diagnosed 20+ years ago, family history of hypo ( nan, mum and sister) . I also have vitiligo from my early 20s. I was tested for dry eyes when I was a teenager , so I think I've been hypo a long time.
Oct 23 GP bloods showed TSH 0.1, T4 18.9.

Post Menopausal Dizziness & Anxiety
I'm 67. I went through menopause at 50 using herbal supplements-not too many problems with hot sweats but noticed an increase in anxiety but managed a stressful job . Fast forward to now, I feel light headed and off balance nearly all the time-pollen season is worse due to histamine so I have to watch

Is my oestrogen high or low?
Hi everyone, I had a full hysterectomy two years ago and I've been having a bit of trouble getting my HRT right since. My latest results are attached but I'm confused as to whether my Beta Oestadiol level means my HRT (100mg patches) are working or not? I've been on them for about two months but they've

Fluid in uterus before FET
Hi all, Hope everyone is doing well. Just wondering if anyone has been through this before or has any advice? At my day 12 scan before FET about 3mm of fluid was seen on my scan. She said it was tiny, very common and if she rescanned she probably won't have spotted it. I'm taking estrogen which the

My ‘thyroid journey’ has been an interesting one and now approaching its 4th year. I’m fairly convinced I don’t have autoimmune thyroid disease and relatively confident my adrenals play a big part in my symptoms, however it’s not just adrenals as I’ve tested myself on HC solo and it doesn’t work. Aaanyway

Pomegranate juice
I am on estrogen patches ahead of FET next week. My lining was 8.42mm today. I have read about people drinking pomegranate juice to help their lining. Is this just when it’s not thick enough or just to help sustain it? I have another week of meds and don’t want to do something that makes it too thick
