Currently taking Pantoprazole 2 x 40mg and
Nizatidine
. Short term relief but all my symptoms are back 🥲. Changed my diet, lost weight (mainly due to not being able to eat) and still the symptoms are there. Will it ever go away?

headaches #4
Back to tension headaches! I got to see my neurologist on Monday. He felt around, listened to what my other Drs had said, then said it’s definitely not migraines. He believes they are tension headaches due to spasms, not spasticity in my neck and shoulders. He told me to stop taking amitripaline,

Restless Legs Syndrome
I have severe Restless Leg Syndrome and I don't know what to do anymore. I tell my MS doctor and all he does is put me on more pills and when I tell him that is not working, he ups the amount of pills I take. I feel like he is not listening to me. It is so bad, I have it just about every night and

I’m visiting my GP next week to discuss coming off PPI’s as I’m concerned about long term effects and he wants to trial
Nizatidine
which seems a better option as I do suffer a lot with reflux .

PLMD and RLS Update
25 + years ago, I began experiencing symptoms with leg jerkiness during sleep, causing me to rise and stretch and sit up until the movement stopped. Hello, I’m new to this community as my husband was recently diagnosed with MS.
Diagnosed at 62 years old, MS has really thrown us through a loop. We are struggling to find providers that can help and not hinder his symptoms. We love our MS specialist but she cannot prescribe opioids for his breakthrough pain in shoulder. Went to a pain doctor who is trying to get him to swap

One year ago, my spasticity was so severe I took too many Baclofen tablets at the same time, that I almost died! Now I take 1 Tizanidine at bedtime. I also have a small notebook I keep next to all the muscle-relaxing pills and log in what I take to make sure I never overdose on muscle relaxing drugs

Best docs in US
I've struggled with RLS for over 30 years. I also struggle with PLM and insomnia. I'm now taking trazodone, tizanidine, pramapexole and gabapentin. I don't want to take all these meds and have read the danger in taking some of these meds. My sleep only gets worse. I live in Seattle, WA USA. I'm thinking

Stopped PPI's a Week Ago - Advice for Moving Forward Please
I have asked GP for
Nizatidine
150mg to start tapering off the H2 blocker next week. I have a hiatus hernia and my oesophagus is aperistaltic. Is there a recognised regime for dealing with reflux long term without drugs that lower stomach acid?

non-Parkinson' drug for dystonia?
Has anyone had experience with Baclafen, Tizanidine or diazepam for dystonia? Apparently these three are drugs for non-Parkinson's dystonia. I wonder if they might be an alternative to Neupro patches?

Difficulty getting prescribed H2 Blockers.
This was then withdrawn and since, my pharmacy has not been able to obtain the substitutes which the doctors have subsequently prescribed:- famotidine, cimetidine and
nizatidine
. Does anyone know if these are now available or a similar H2 blocker?

What medicines do you all take for fatigue and spasticity?
Hello everybody, first post. Hopefully not the last. I have lived ten years with AMN. I had my VLCFA test to prove it. What can I say? It is a long, slow decline. Slow. At least it is slow. At first I took no medicine, I just had foot drop. Tripped up from time to time, then my walking got
