Does anyone find
nicotine
patches
useful? If so to what extent? And do they compensate for the desire of the harshness of the cigarette.

Ongoing struggle
I've have success with the
nicotine
patches
and currently on the quick mist spray. I had been smoke free for two weeks, I find it really hard to control morning cravings especially when I make first cup of coffee 🍵 and after meal time

Endo, the pill and kidneys?
I’ve been getting quite a lot of pain in my sides and mid back deep inside recently which usually occurs as the day is beginning to end. I also get stomach pains which I’ve had for ages but usually disappears when I’m on birth control. After dinner it usually starts and I feel bloated in my back if that

Estradot for perimenopause?
Hi, I’m new here! I’ve been perimenopausal for almost 3 years (irregular periods, hot flashes and fatigue being the main symptoms). I saw my GP last week who prescribed Everol Sequi, but as they’re unavailable then changed the prescription to Estradot patches (along with progesterone tablets). The Estradot

Periods worsening every time I take a break from hormones?
On the evra patch, took it off to have a period before switching to the pill (logynon) as the patch was causing high blood pressure and palpitations. Every time I take my patch off if seems to get worse. This morning I had a tightening pain from my bottom left abdomen which traveled up through my ribs

Pill recommendations?
Hey everyone, my heart palpitations have been getting increasingly worse and my blood pressure monitor keeps flashing red saying I have an abnormal heart rhythm (I get many skipped beats and can feel them in my chest and a very fast heart rate, my resting bpm is currently 123) and a really high blood

I am using stage 1
nicotine
patches
which are hopefully providing some relief, yet some of my symptoms make me feel like simply starting again: Headaches, wooliness behind the eyes and forehead, agitated, short-tempered, lethargic, intermittent sleep pattern, stomach cramps, panic attacks, digestive

Giving up the NRT
After the bad experience with the
nicotine
patches
, feeling jittery and sick, I removed it half way through day one and decided to use only the inhalator. I only used that yesterday in the morning and after my evening meal. But it was the worst night sleep ever.

The Evolution of Vaping - a Doctor Explains All

Lik had been trying to quit using conventional
nicotine
patches
(and would watch his smoking father die from lung cancer) when in 2003 he filed a patent for a high-frequency piezoelectric device that vaporized a pressurised jet of nicotine-containing liquid.

Nicotine patch problems
Ok so I’m on my first day of stoptober and decided to follow the advice of using
nicotine
replacement via
patches
. I’m on step two as I smoked around 10 a day. After a few hours I could felt jittery and a bit sick, finally removed it at 1pm. Anyone else experienced this??? .

Day 14
Still finding it difficult to sleep but still have the determination to keep on track, fleeting moments of wanting to smoke despite the
nicotine
from
patches
and vaping, spending more time alone so I don't get grumpy with my family. Such a complicated addiction.

I’ve bought
patches
,
nicotine
mints and nicotine sprays but he still wants to smoke cigarettes. I’ve explained until I’m exhausted that smoking is not acceptable at home for many reasons, his health, cost, stink, our health etc. He tonight stated he’d move out rather than give up.

I've got

ready to quit smoking on Wednesday. I'm worried that I'll lose my resolve and when Wednesday comes I'll be tempted to postpone my start date. Any tips please?
