Endo, the pill and kidneys?

I’ve been getting quite a lot of pain in my sides and mid back deep inside recently which usually occurs as the day is beginning to end. I also get stomach pains which I’ve had for ages but usually disappears when I’m on birth control. After dinner it usually starts and I feel bloated in my back if that makes sense? It hurts and it’s like a constant dull pain. I’ve had this before and it eventually stopped, I thought it could be something to do with my kidneys so went docs with a urine sample and had blood tests they said everything was fine. Has anyone experienced this? It doesn’t hurt when I wee or anything.

I’ve recently switched from evra patch to logynon which is low dose. Looking at the hormone levels of both, evra had 200 micrograms of norelgestromin and 33.9 micrograms ethinylestradiol per day and logynon is triphasic and eventually increases so starts with 50 micrograms of levonorgestrel and 30 micrograms of ethinylestradiol. Because there is quite a massive difference, I am wondering if the hormone strength has anything to do with the fact that my symptoms are not being completely masked/hidden??? Or does my body just need to get used to the new levels? Any ideas????

I’ve had back pain and kidney levels have been going up and down. They went to normal after I started desogestrol in December. Could be coincidence, but stopped before starting Zoladex last month and they’ve gone down again, not drastically. Still getting pain in the area when abdominal pain kicks in.

Whether it’s all connected I’m not sure at the moment.
