3 weeks of not smoking. Physical side effects gone. Still crave a cigarette every day but haven't given in. Using nicotine patches which seem to be working. Sense of smell has definitely improved. I can smell smoke on other people which I couldn't before. Still have a slight cough but nothing compared to how bad it would have been if I was still smoking.

Very proud of me.

that is probably because of the side effects.

Me too! I am also trying not to eat things I didn’t eat before giving up. Chocolate, biscuits etc!It seems silly to give up smoking and then become fat

I've always had a big appetite so my eating hasn't really changed. I tend to suck hard sweets alot especially at work as it's stressful and makes me wanna smoke

I would suck on sweets but with teeth like mine I do not! I have more crowns than Queen Elizabeth 🤪
