Panic Disoder/Anxiety - New to the Group
I went through a very difficult time about 10 years ago..close to a
nervous
breakdown
. Long story short, I found a counselor, take 1/4 of a Valium when needed. I feel a lot better than I did 10 years ago, however I have a lot of built up tension. My nerves are very sensitive.

Anxious Sunday!
I had anxiety issues escalate a few months ago into a full blown
nervous
breakdown
, took a month off work and after countless visits to the docs started on meds (Sertraline and Propranolol).

Iron Tablets vs Liquid
Last ten months, I’ve been taking 2 x 65mg Ferrous Fumarate tablets daily for iron deficiency. There is improvement in results albeit it’s been gradual. Currently travelling and come across a liquid preparation, called FPur by Althea, elementary iron, 0.1ml = 2mg. Can anybody advise whether then,

Confused by blood test results
Hi there, new to this forum! Had Hashimotos for about 15 years, bloods up and down, now fully gluten free. At last GP blood test was told to reduce Levothyroxine dose as GP believed I was over-medicated. I feel that the GP is focused entirely on the numbers and not on how I might be feeling. So, I had

NyQuil
I'm going to Israel here in a couple weeks and am still a little bit worried that I might have another jet lag-induced
nervous
breakdown
. To help prevent this, I've thought about taking some NyQuil on the plane to put me to sleep, but I worry that a bottle of liquid won't be TSA-compliant.

Blood re-test results - all opinions welcome. Increasing TSH.
I have been having various blood tests after not getting a regular cycle back after stopping the pill. I had bloods done in March and recently repeated. Main worry is my TSH has gone up. But still 'in range'. Should I be pushing for a full thyroid panel? Or maybe I should just do a postal test. In March

Do we need to stop all supplements before a blood test?
Hi everyone, I know that we should stop taking biotin-containing supplements for a week before a blood test, but what about other supplements? Apart from B complex and a multivitamin containing biotin, I take the following: Turmeric Selenium Zinc Vitamin C Ferrous fumarate (210 mg twice a week) The tests

Anxiety disorder turns mole hills into mountains.
And so we experience some degree of
nervous
breakdown
complete with panic attacks and maybe social anxiety (we can't face people) and agoraphobia (we don't want to leave the perceived safety of home). Trouble is, the problems don't go away.

Hi all, sorry if this is a bit off topic but I know there are some experts in vitamins and minerals out there. Medichecks Results - what now?
Would love some input on my results please I started on Levo 5 weeks ago (50mg a day) after a slightly elevated TSH of 3.1 was detected by our IVF clinic, following a miscarriage. These are my latest results from Medichecks, I also had the standard TSH and FT4 done at my GP, which came back almost
