You should probably ask a pharmacist or doctor!
You can stop taking folic acid now you’ve had a baby. Everyone in the UK should be taking vitamin D. Ferrous sulphate is iron, are you aneamic? Or just take an all round breast feeding multi vitamin to cover all bases.
