Hi alll, wrote on this site a While back...I have a family history of PA and MS, after years of low ferritin, b12 and given ferrous sulphate and cobalamin tablets for a month or so, and never followed up by the GP. I was eventually diagnosed with MS in 2014... Iv been self injecting b12 since.. Did the original loading doses, and been on weekly injections since, which helped immensely. In fact I can honestly say the b12 saved my life at the time, it got me out of bed and moving again.. as far as I can remember my balance was never great.... but it’s now getting beyond a joke... I take folic acid, Vit D and a good potassium source in my diet daily., my question is..... how can I correct my balance or at the very least improve it... is there anything I can take that might help... as Iv had a few falls the past few weeks and terrified of the possibilities of a fracture.. thanks in advance

Vestibular pysio exercises may help.your balance. They are called Cawthorne exercises. I do not have MS so I would check if suitable for you. I can't see why not tbough. I only went to a pysio twice and have the exwexcised to do at home. I stick to the very gentertaining ones. They really helped me move on from virtigo. I also ate alot of bio yughurticaria and almonds I read about at the time . Worth looking up.
