Here is my most recent message to my PCP: I am alarmed to learn that the pharmacy has discontinued my prescription for 25 mcg. liothyronine. On January 8, I wrote to you, reporting that I intended to increase my daily dosage of Cytomel (liothyronine) by adding a second 5 mcg tablet because I still

LDN causing Dystonia or neck jerking?
A neurologist recently thought that I had a motor tic in the back of my neck that keeps me jerking my head forward. After readingn some research I think maybe I have some form of dystonia. I seem to jerk it very hard to the point in the middle of the day it's just hurting and I do it every day. Anyways

Low dose naltrexone (LDN) effective for my severe systemic rheumatoid disease (RD)
I am currently celebrating 4+ years of effective use of LDN for RD. I have written extensively of my journey, including blood work, sx, dose/titration, other conditions, etc, and don't want to repeat it here. I just want to start a new thread because the initial posts come up so low on any search.

No off button
I am having a really hard time with drink, I do not drink everyday but at weekends I do, but on some occasions I have no off button and carnage ensues, I am on the brink of ruining my 19year marriage and now my son is becoming affected. Last week due to a binge drinking session and coupled with depression

Low Dose Naltrexone for ADHD?
I am just wondering if anyone here is familiar with or has possibly tried low dose naltrexone and if it helped to relieve their ADHD? I recently read a patient interview where a woman found it very effective and I've heard from several other people that they were also prescribed it. (https://www.ldnscience.org

Hello everyone, this post is about Naltrexone since asking for advise here previously ive now started it and am incredibly happy so far
hypothyroid patient. So i started Naltrexone on 1.5 dose and basically feel a huge improvement. I'm sleeping really well (aside from vivid dreams but are actually quite interesting) and it feels like my IBS has gone. Bowl movements are solid, food intolerance have noticeably gone and i don't feel a reaction

Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) for Depression?
Has anyone here ever tried Low Dose Naltrexone (or LDN)? Low Dose Naltrexone refers to dosages ranging from approximately .5mg-5mg According to my research, some forms of depression are caused by endorphin deficiencies in the body. LDN dramatically increases endorphin levels which can be a life-changer

Fibromyalgia and Naltrexone The FINAL Study
We are happy to see the announcement of the Danish trial "Fibromyalgia and Naltrexone The FINAL Study" which will look at Low Dose Naltrexone and how it may help fibromyalgia. It is still early but this study follows previous pilot studies by Jarred Younger on LDN when he was at Stanford. We still do

Low dose Naltrexone
Hello, my question concerns low dose Naltrexone. Those that are on low dose Naltrexone, would you please share how fast it worked and how you titrated to the dose you are on? Any side effects noted? Anyone able to use this and eventually stop when the PMR went into remission? Thank you

Has anybody seen good results from using naltrexone low dosing and have advise on how to start? (Hypothyroid suffer)
I’ve purchased 3mg tablets and I was considering dissolving it so I can dose 1.5 each time and gradually increase. Been reading the Hashimoto’s protocol and I’ve felt a lot better after starting the adrenal protocols and now looking for another win.
