True, it is also used for Chronic Pain. But take a look at the preview of "The LDN Book" , chapter 5 where it speaks all about using LDN for thyroid issues.

I am hypothyroid and was taking LDN for 9 months, titrated up to 4.5mg/day, I did not see any benefit.

Oh yes! I have hypothyroidism and 2 years ago my dr started me in Ldn 4.5 mg. My antibodies lowered by almost 100 points!!! I’m told the antibodies are a form of inflammation. I also sleep better and really enjoy my dreams more. It’s a plus for me
