So i started Naltrexone on 1.5 dose and basically feel a huge improvement. I'm sleeping really well (aside from vivid dreams but are actually quite interesting) and it feels like my IBS has gone. Bowl movements are solid, food intolerance have noticeably gone and i don't feel a reaction (stress response) anymore. I'm sure alot of people have tried this but if not i strongly recommend buying some.
I now need advise from experienced users on how to continue taking it, when do people believe i should increase the dose to 3mg? week? 2?
should i buy 50mg pills and dissolve it in 50mil of distilled water?
Is the effects of naltrexone effected if alot of the liquid goes in your mouth and not straight down into your stomach like a pill would?
I've also wondered about withdrawl symptoms if there is a withdrawl symptoms from this drug im unsure.
any information or sharing of experience is welcome, thank you

I settled on 1.3 dose as I was experiencing depression with any higher a dose. I don’t know if anyone else has experienced this. It took me a while to settle on a dose that helped me sleep without affecting my mood. Probably worth increasing gradually and monitoring the effect.
Interesting I didn’t expect it to be so low. How noticeable were the mood changes or symptoms because I haven’t noticed anything and I’ve gone up to 3 mg after only a week of taking it. I have considered going back to 1.5 but I dunno.
I got very depressed which is not something I ever suffer from. But the LDN made such a difference to sleep quality, I was pleased to find a dose that worked for me. I forgot to say that, yes, dissolve 50mg tablet in 50ml distilled water.
It's fine in liquid form; I used the liquid from Dickson's PHarmacy in Scotland; Now I use the sublingual kind at 2ml (as the sublingual is a bit stronger ; for liquid it was: 2.5ml) No withrawal symptoms except for your own problems resurfacing....Good LUck
