A neurologist recently thought that I had a motor tic in the back of my neck that keeps me jerking my head forward. After readingn some research I think maybe I have some form of dystonia. I seem to jerk it very hard to the point in the middle of the day it's just hurting and I do it every day. Anyways, after reading about dystonia, I read certain medications that block dopamine can cause it. My question is, I take low dose Naltrexone which does that in the middle of the night while I'm sleeping. I cannot find anything linking the two but I can't help but wonder if this is what causing it. This only developed the past couple of years and I'm 44.

Have you had your vit B12 and folate tested?
Not my folate. I take a bcomplex almost every day.
A B complex might not be giving you enough B12. Depends what your results was when it was tested. So, what was your result?
