About 4 days ago, I guessed I had pulled a
muscle
in my shoulder because of
pain
& discomfort. Eventually the pain went down my arm & up my neck. I have tried gentle yoga movement.

heart palpitations anxiety
hey guys. Me again, sorry to bother and ramble on, the past 3 days I’ve been having a few heart palpitations a day. Now I did phone my doctors and they told me this didn’t sound serious and it was normal. They said if the palpitations were regular every few minutes it would be a concern. I get 2 or 3

Not sure if it’s a bad cold or flu I have . I know NSAIDs are a very bad idea ( my first episode was triggered by Celebrex). Has anyone been triggered by Paracetamol ? Are there any safe pain killers ? Thanks
