Endo and the link to low progesterone, pre-menstrual spotting, taking B Complex Vitamin and all Endo symptoms have GONE!
Hi everyone, I just really want to tell this story as I have inadvertently found something that has relieved all my symptoms, it seems too good to be true but I am not kidding. Not saying it will work for everyone but if you are having similar problems to me, or even if your not, it's worth a shot

Food Glorious Food
After 2 months of serious morning noon and night sickness and of telling my husband not to come upstairs with even a mere whiff of food on him, I am finally starting to eat gain.... Miracles do happen ;-) I am managing new potatoes with ham and beetroot... Oh and a corn on the cob ! Whoop dipperty

What I feel has been helping, hope it will help you too
I just wanted to share this with you guys in case it would help you too. This month I didn't realise my AF was starting that day. That has NEVER happened to me. Normally I'm in pain and have period cramps for couple of days before AF. I've been trying to pinpoint what has helped but I'm not sure

I am now 14 weeks pregnant and I have taken Centrum Pregnancy Care starting from first week of pregnancy? Is it safe to take the vitamin until labour? I mean it contains folic acid (400mg) is folic necessary?

Results are in, I got an increase but no vitamin testing
My blood results are now: TSH 2 (0.5 - 5.5) FT4 16 (10 - 22) Previously 3 months ago: TSH 7.4 FT4 13 Doc started off by telling me that everything was now normal and well within range but then she asked how I was feeling. I said that I did not feel well and she said that she would be happy

Do you have a hard time eating while in treatment?
Here's something I wrote to help if you have troubles that are making it hard to eat now .... IF YOU GET MOUTH SORES Eat soft, bland foods that are cold or room temperature. Protein shakes, soups, pureed vegetables, fruits and scrambled eggs are great, too, says Simone Gloger, registered holistic

What vitamins and supplements does everyone take?
I just wondered what everyone else takes? This is my daily list, mainly based on what my acupuncturist recommended 6 months ago ( he has been treating me for CFS/ aching joints...if you read my last posts I now think this is due to my Levo dose of 50mcg daily, and I am on the case with the Dr for

Has anyone seen an Immunologist?
I've learned that PBC is an autoimmune disease and that there may be other autoimmune diseases attached to it that we may have. Has anyone seen an immunologist to rule this out or, at least, get a true present diagnosis of the state of our immune system, such as, if it is deficient and what can be done

I know it is early days but will I ever feel normal again?
Help, after feeling very ill found out in December that I had an overactive thyroid with antibodies. I started on 20mcg Carbimazole right away and had more bloods done three weeks later. Then I got a letter from my endo saying to double Carbmazole dose and take 20mcg morning and 20 mcg at night.
