Does anyone know about SIBO, osteoporosis and B12 deficiency ?
Breath Test for SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth) result produced this from Haematology : "....results......suggestive of a quick transit to the colon or small bowel bacterial overgrowth which would explain her elevated MMA." .....Finally, something ! Almost sounds like a diagnosis

Question
I seen my thyroid doctor today I asked her if I should start selenium and zinc because I'm really hypothyroid and my numbers aren't budging. She told me no not unless it's a very tiny dose in a multivitamin cause it could affect the way the thyroid is being absorbed. Has anyone ever heard of this?

Hi everyone, As the title suggests I’m just wondering what everyone is on. I’ve been taking my Pregnacare, eating my Brazil’s and drinking my pineapple juice but that didn’t work for us this time so just looking at what else I can do. What else could I take? can I take them all together? Thanks

Supplements for Men
I am just taking conception tablets, and my husband is taking
multivitamins
and fish oils and iron (my eggs are OK, his sperm has motility and morphology issues). Should he be taking conception tablets instead of
multivitamins
? What's the difference?

Tips for newly diagnosed people with Hep C from a veteran.
Also, please be careful of supplements, no iron in
multivitamins
for example. Be wary of herbs too, especially if they are being held up as a remedy for liver disease, some are dangerous for you. Do your research before you take anything. Always remember, everything goes through your liver.

So my IVF journey starts today!
My delivery arrived today and I have currently started on my long protocol. Do I have any cycle buddies that have recently started on the long protocol or have done before? There’s so much to take in and hope I have made all the changes I need, I’m still not sure if I should be taking more vitamins

High biotin doses may interfere with some SERUM blood tests, e.g. thyroid, anaemia. Those on Ibrutinib please note!
Don't forget other possible sources of biotin, including B-complex vitamins, Coenzyme R, Dietary supplements for hair, skin, or nail growth,
Multivitamins
, Prenatal vitamins, Vitamin B7 supplements, Vitamin H.

Not diagnosed with a thyroid issue, no diagnosis at all (so far), but as my previous post, have horrible symptoms. (my symptoms and my last test results are in my profile) Anyway, this post is to ask those who are more knowledgeable than I, with my levels as they are, would be doing any harm buying some

Suspected IBD
I asked for a referral to a gastro and my doctor said no, I simply have Ibs and tskr
multivitamins
but did agree to give me a fecal calprotectin test. I'm concerned as my symptoms are dormant if you like and quiet the last week or so but this is normal for me then I get a bad flare up.
