As the title suggests I’m just wondering what everyone is on. I’ve been taking my Pregnacare, eating my Brazil’s and drinking my pineapple juice but that didn’t work for us this time so just looking at what else I can do.
What else could I take? can I take them all together?

I've just this minute ordered new supplements after visiting a nutritionist last night. I was on the seven seas pre-conception but due to being a veggie was informed I need more vitamin b and omega 3 in my diet.
I just ordered Zita West vitafem and dha, and also a vitamin d spray from Better You. I ordered it all from amazon. I don't know if they'll work but hopefully will improve my health regardless and that's always a positive.
Ultra vit d pregnacare and selenium capsules as can’t take Brazil nuts and pineappple make my tongue go all furry so won’t have it anymore.
Strong vit d and folic acid from gp (I have deficiency )
Whole food prenatal multi vitamins by magnifood b complex and magnifood probiotics.
Good luck hun. I drink organic whole milk every day eat a hand full of raw walnuts almonds Brazil nuts cashews and pistachios every day with a glass of orange juice
Kelly hun I don’t think the pineapple juice alone has the supposed same effect as the pineapple with core intact because the process of juicing and tinning removes the Bromeain. It’s probably a load of rubbish anyway and probably doesn’t really make any difference at all (some women don’t bother with it on here and get bfps) but it’s worth a try next time. I always think “Nothing to lose” xx
I didn't do it this time and panicked I got my bfp. But I would recommend to do it it's good for us and it makes us feel we're doing all we can. Vicky's right the core is the best part I used to nutribullet it and drink it along with some normal pineapple too xx
Hello again! I am taking more each month! Coq10, omega3/dha, royal jelly, calcium supplement (a chocolate one as I’m dairy free) . On my list are l’arginine, l’gluthanine, vitex (maybe - Very keen to hear reviews?) and eventually I am going to try dhea. I also take a ttc supplement. In the past I tried evening primrose oil and Maca but got weird mid-cycle bleeding & so stopped them both. Probably a good idea to introduce one thing at a time in case of any weird side effects.
There are many more I’ve read about like inositol and other b vits the list is endless. Hope that helps x
Id say eat healthy a good balanced diet get your bloods done make sure your not deficient in anything if you are get the supplements take a good prenatal drink milk and be happy. Don't stress too much over supplements 💗🤗😘
Just up until ovulation I took it but i has a strange reaction to it. Af lasted 5 days then stopped then kind of returned on day 8 with a few days of spotting . Have you taken it?
Yes but didn't find it did anything for me it didn't mess me up but I just wanted it to help with c m. I used to take Maca that was ok but I stopped after I got bad headaches and quite Moody. Xx
