What multi vitamin do you use whilst you are on medication for you thyroid? I've noticed mine says do not use

Multivitamns have too little of anything to be much use.You need to know your levels and supplement as needed.

Multivitamins are basically rubbish, too little of anything to help, usually use the cheapest and least absorbable form of ingredients, and if it contains iron nothing else will be absorbed (iron has to be taken 2 hours away from anything else) and if it contains calcium then even the iron won't be absorbed.

Best to get the following tested

Vit D

B12

Folate

Ferritin

Post results and if any deficiencies or low levels suggestions for a decent supplement and dose can be made.
