Pregnacare vitamins and mega acid reflux?!?
Hello ladies, Ive had chronic acid reflux for the past 2 weeks and someone suggested changing my preganacy vitamins so I stopped taking the pregnacare plus (thought these were best out there) and changed to Seven Seas pregnancy vitamins with added ginger and I definitely think it's made a difference.

Swelling still persists
These are the left and right views of my penis. As you can see, the swelling (edema?) on the under side still persists. And you can also see a few bumps in the left view where the skin meets the shaft just below the head. The doctor says all of that is just swelling and it'll go away slowly. But it's

Anyone else diagnosed with Anaemia?
I'm upping my intake of good quality beef and leafy greens too, as well as iron fortified foods and taking
multivitamins
. Has anyone else ended up with anaemia as a result of endometriosis?

Energizing alternatives to coffee/caffeine?
I have an extreme amount of exhaustion on the daily. I drink, eat, and sleep just fine, but every day at work Iâll be practically collapsing from how tired I am, let alone even being able to keep my eyes open. The only thing that helps is drinking coffee, which absolutely does help with the exhaustion

Multivitamin recommendations and do Biotin supplements help with hair loss/thinning?
I am on Ibrance and Faslodex and would like to know what brand of
multivitamins
can you recommend. Also, I am experiencing more hair thinning on Ibrance. Can those who use Biotin supplements share their experience? Do they work to slow the hair loss? Maria

Igennus Super B complex or a multivitamin when only needing modest B12 supplementation to achieve a good level of B12
I know too that
multivitamins
are not recommended here; the one I was taking does not contain iron. I was recently asked by my surgery to do an NHS bloodtest in respect of B12, folate and CBC. I have just received the results.

Disappointment with DNA consultant
I went to my appointment with the inherited metabolic diseases consultant, after waiting over a year for DNA tests, and having appointment altered because he was on sabbatical. The Cause Of Vitamin B-6 Toxicity (Updated)
So the moral of this story is if you are supplementing vitamin B6, do not take it as pyridoxine, which is frequently what you get in
. Take pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P5P) instead. It is readily available as a supplement.

Low Iron - Are my symptoms normal?
From the end of November last year, until the first week of January this year I was experiencing a weird feeling of dizziness, and generally feeling âout of itâ. I went to my doctor, and they diagnosed an inner ear infection as they werenât 100% sure, which required no treatment. My symptoms disappeared
