Hey all,

Does anyone have any recommendations for male multivitamins. Husband has problem with morphology at 1% we’ve been told we need IVF but he needs to be smoke free for 6 months... while this is in process can anyone recommend some vitamins for him? X

Hi. My OH takes proxeed plus for low motility. I just had a look and apparently it’s for morphology too. I also found ‘It starts with the egg’ really good for advice on other vitamins to take too. Good luck 😊 xx

Hi, as Gem2410 says proxeed is good, you can buy it on Amazon. Also a high dose of vit c and vit e are recommended for men.

Good luck xx

Hey Chloe, my OH takes Wellman vitamins and there was one thing missing from it that he needed another supplement for something but the name escapes me?!

We asked the clinic (CARE) for a list of what is recommended and they had one for us, which I think is on the website too.

Hope this helps ... best of luck. 🍀

Xx

My OH used Wellman conception, he had SSR and they were happy with the quality that was retrieved 👍 x

We were recommended wellman conception and zinc, our second ssr was much better after taking these.

My husband was told to take zinc, selenium and he was taking wellman vitamins anyway.

Interestingly he was told NOT to take any pre-/post-gym supplements or protein shakes so if your husband is taking those, stopping might be worth considering.

Hi. My OH took Fertilovit Mplus and vitamin C. He had morphology issues and low motility. Doctor asked if he works in a toxic environment (he does not), but it was probably from stress. So relaxing also has a role. Regular ivf (no icsi) worked for us afterwards from the first try :)

Look at Superdrug men’s fertility supplements as they are very similar to proxeed but half the price x
