Successful treatment of RLS
I want to share my story, because I have had success in treating RLS, and I am hoping, that the supplements I am taking, also can help others. RLS started for me about 10 years ago - I am 50 now - and it was getting worse and worse to a point where I almost did not get any sleep. I read a book called

How long does it take to correct macrocytosis?
I was first presumed to have PA in February 2020. I say presumed, as I have had very fractured testing and follow-ups due to the pandemic (I am in the USA). For example, I never had my loading doses, but I am prescribed to self-inject 3x per month since July. Comparing my blood tests from August with

Medical tests
I finally bought me some
multivitamins
and have started taking them because I don’t hardly eat fruit and vegetables. I started drinking veggie juice recently though. I really hope the bloodwork results are ready today. I will be really happy if they are!!

When should I be taking these vitamins and tablets?
Hi I’m currently pregnant and taking more tablets than normal so wondered if anyone had any advice on when I should be taking the following? Levothyroxine - I take it as soon as I wake in the morning then wait an hour at least before eating or drinking tea. Iron - twice daily - I take it around midday

Egg retrieval DONE (Hooray!) supplement query...
So I had my egg retrieval today (27 eggs!) but they have said I’m high risk for developing OHSS. Therefore the plan is to freeze all embryos and go for a FET in January. My question is... do I need to continue taking all the supplements? I currently take Pregnacare pre-conception, COQ10 and DHA. I plan

Low ferritin caused me shortness of breath and thyriod results after increasing my dose
Hi all, I am 38 years old and I am struggling with hashimoto disease and to get my thyriod levels optimal. I was taking 75 of Euthyrox every morning.Since my diagnosis three years ago, I struggled with my doc to raise my T4 and to prescribe T3 and he is reluctant to do so. My problem was the non conversion

Multivitamins
All the
multivitamins
I look at are huge. I tried using a pill splitter but that resulted in several chunks with sharp edges. Any recommendations for a SMALL daily multi with ferritin?

Teenage son has thyroid function slightly low
Testing showed he is just above the normal range however 2 years ago he was in the normal range for TSH so they say he has slight hypothyroid. I am trying to get the rest of his results sent to me as dr rang him with results so of course as a teenager he was very vague. Due to privacy laws he has to

Help please - Armour thyroid, B12, D, Magnesium, B complex and selenium advice.
How long should I leave between taking my Armour thyroid and taking Sublingual liquid B12? Do I need to take B complex as well if my MultiVitamin (which has high absorbancy) has all the Bs? My multi has 200 mcg selenium, do I still need to take selenium? It also has 600 mcg folate and 100 mcg B12. I

Supplements, choline, etc.
Hi everyone, I've been taking a centrum multivitamin, omega 3, and vitamin d supplement for just over a year now but recently got some choline as I have read in a few places it's good for liver problems however a search on here brings up nothing about choline. Does anyone else take it or have been told

Cure for NAFLD within 1 month (confirmed)
Hey guys. It’s been a while since i posted on this site. If you look at my previous post, you will see that I have reversed NAFLD last year. This year I gained 30LBs and my liver enzymes went high again recently . But again with proper diet and exercise, I was able to bring it down to normal range.

Vitamin supplements
Morning all, chilly here today, but at least not foggy. Sort of related to my last post and in case my next telephone appointment with docs is not totally productive do people have a preferred make/type of vitamin D (Adcal D3?) K2 and anything else sensible to be taking? Also what strength? There seems

Suggested Vitamins.
I take a multivitamin supplement which seems to help my immune system. I have also tried different vitamin supplements for menopause. I did notice I experienced less hair loss after taking these.
